The everyday diet that you take should be nourishing and contain all the important components i.e. –

  • Carbohydrates,
  • and proteins,
  • also fats,
  • vitamins,
  • along with minerals
  • and fiber.
  • Besides, it is equally important that you drink 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday.

The daily food intake should preferably be freshly cooked, appealing to taste and easily digestible.

You need to try to minimize intake of Intake of spicy, fried foods, cold drinks, caffeine rich foods and drinks, alcohol etc.

Also, try and includes all the six tastes in your daily diet so as to enjoy the fruit of health. These are sweet, salty, sour, pungent, bitter and astringent.

 

Ayurveda Exercise Tips

 

Take care to include exercises in your daily routine. This helps to keep more active, flexible and away from diseases like –

These exercises should be according to your own strength and tolerance power.

Take to brisk walk early in the morning.

Or even cycling in the fresh air is a good form of exercise.

Not only this, the everyday exercises are helpful to relieve stress.

And also they help to increase the body’s resistance against disease.

 

Ayurveda Sleep / Rest Tips

 

 

  • Go in for Sound sleep for seven to eight hours everyday.
  • This is believed to be the best form of rest.
  • Also, this helps the body and mind to relax completely.
  • And moreover it also helps regain the daily loss of energy.
