She is open for National as well as International Collaborations with interested people / institutions in fields of Ayurveda, Meditation and Yoga. Dr Sonica has authored 6 Natural Health Care Books Viz. Herbal Healers, Home Remedies, Healing through Ayurveda, Healing through herbs in your kitchen garden and Healthy living through dosha healing (Ayurveda), A Guide to Ayurvedic Remedies; along with collaborating with other Authors globally as Contributing Author for the book – The 7 Joys of life. The Story!
Her life purpose is to spread the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda & Holistic Wellness to India and rest of the world. Since childhood Dr Sonica had innate interest in Preventive Healthcare & Wellness, and undoubtedly Ayurveda has provided her with the right platform for this. Speaking, writing and healing are part of the larger agenda. The doctor has consulted and written for a number of leading Newspapers, Magazines and Pharma Magazines, online & other media for past 25 years. She (and her team members) have been writing content for a number of websites (Ayurveda niche) including sites managed by Chopra Centre, USA (Deepak Chopra). Dr Sonica has been adjudged Top Health Blogger for the Complementary & Alternative Medicine Community by Wellsphere, USA.
And Dr Sonica was a Published Author!
After the success of her first book – Herbal Healers, which came up in 2005, she continued authoring more books on Ayurveda & Natural Health care viz. Home Remedies, Healing through Ayurveda, Healing through Ayurveda Herbs in your Kitchen Garden & Healthy Living through Dosha Healing (Ayurveda), A Guide to Ayurvedic Remedies; which are available on Amazon. She has also relished collaborating with other reputed authors globally as a contributing author of the book – ‘The 7 Joys of life’. Then came in her book in English Poetry – ‘Silent Musings – that which are, that which were and that which will be’.

Dr Sonica has presented an array of workshops at many reputed organizations viz. Fortis Hospital, ICAI, Himalaya Drug Co, Dabur etc. among others. She has also enjoyed the experience of teaching online (as faculty at San Diego College of Ayurveda, USA) and also offline. She has been closely involved with Indus Valley Ayurvedic Centre as Senior Consultant Vaidya and Communications Officer. As a Speaker for Healthcare and Wellness, she been invited to and taken up Speaking assignments at the International Conference on Traditional and Alternative Medicine held in Dubai, UAE, Oct 2017 and International Conference on Alternative & Traditional Medicine held in Varadero, Cuba, Nov 2019. This was along with attending Fung Healthcare Leadership Summit as a delegate in Singapore in Sept 2016.
