  • Approx. one to three grams of the powder of the heart disease supportive herb of Cinnamon may be taken two times.

  • Take half a cup of juice of freshly ground gourd. To this add 7 to 8 leaves each of holy basil and mint. Take this mixture 2 times.

  • Grapes are also recommended for those suffering from  heart disease. This is because of being soft, slimy and cold by nature,  grapes have a soothing and calming effect on the heart.
