300th Blog Post With Heart-To-Heart Talk

 

 

 

Hello friends! This is my 300th Blog-Post and I sincerely wish to thank each one of you for your intent readership of my blogs. Interestingly, I had started blogging around 2 years back when I had gifted this blog to myself as a B’day gift, mainly to vent out ideas, share my writings from various media and spread the virtues of holistic healthcare encompassing Ayurveda, Yoga and Spiritual Healing. Little did I know then that my blogs would be read with much interest and concern by not only the residents of India, my country, but also by the readers far and wide. My blogger stats tell me that my blog posts are having audience from the United States, Slovakia, Russia, Canada, UK, France, Singapore, Ireland and Germany among other countries. There are about 3 Lac Page-views with monthly views of or more than 20 K. And therefore, now along with being Ayurveda Consultant, I am an Author (having authored 5 books) and Speaker (checkout my You Tube Channel), and I am also a solemn Blogger! Happy to state that being able to reach out to so many and spread out the well – needed awareness towards ancient healthcare wisdom of Ayurveda which primarily focuses on preventing disease, gives me utmost content and when I receive your response that these healthcare tips that I am sharing in my blogs are being cherished and practiced keenly to keep away from so many physical and mental diseases , it has all the more provided ‘Purpose’ to my “Passion”.

This particular Blog Post is more of a ‘Heart-to-Heart’ Talk and I take this opportunity also to write down some small essentials for living the life that are close to my heart.

1) Take Care Of Your Vehicle

 

 

I’m sure you take really good care of your car or whatever the personal vehicle that belongs to you. You keep it shining and scratch-free, nicely oiled and regularly serviced and also fortified with premiere comfort with best of affordable accessories. Now give it a thought. Your real ‘Vehicle’ is your own ‘Body’. We are only passengers who have qualified this journey on the Planet Earth. We have our time frame and yet our expedition en-route is limited. We are gifted with this Vehicle (of our Body) and we have the greatest choice to keep the trip enjoyable, which can only be accomplished if our Vehicle is in perfect shape, comfort and overhauled. The good news is that our body is well-designed so that we can enjoy the fruit of health and well-being life-long , and our minds can very much be in the state of happiness and contentment till our last breath. Our ‘vehicle’ is the Best, all we need to do is to take care.

 

2) Fall In Love!

 

 

Falling in love is part and parcel of human existence. But of all the people, and all the things that have ever made you to ‘fall in love’, have you ever been attracted towards that one person whose face shows only in your mirror? Yes, it is high time you get to love your own self. Dwell in your basics, keep yourself happy and motivated, nurture the dreams of your heart and be kind, caring and loving to your own self. Remember that all the situations, people, environments that you dwell in keeps you pulled into either the past, or into the future. But the person in you is right here, in your ‘Presence’. Keep coming back to yourself and keep yourself happy, healthy and secure. Always remember, what-so-ever you will ever achieve or realize, you have to be healthy enough to receive the gifts.

 

3) Value Every Bit and Morsel

 

Live in the moment. Whatever you do, your presence is utmost needed. Mindful Eating is therefore the key to overall healthy living. Whatever you put within yourself, please don’t take it lightly or mindlessly. Every morsel of food that you eat the whole daylong needs the mindful presence of all your five senses of sound, touch, sight, taste and smell. This is great support for your health and well-being. So, be choosy (understanding your own digestion abilities) and be meticulous.

 

4) Stop Existing And Start Living!

 

If you think you are living with complete awareness, you could boast of being the un-competed winner and there would only be happiness dwelling in each moment of your life! This is because being aware is being alive. When you stop existing and start living, you tend to dwell and bask in your own glory. When you are actually living your life each new day, you would be aware of your breath. Your breath is life and this is God. Because you should understand that when there is no breath, there is no life. Start living and enjoy Almighty’s presence within yourself as you live your life each new day.

 

5) Live Only ‘One Day At A Time’

 

What-so-ever age you are having on this day, its high time you start living only for ‘One day at a time’ and live it fully. You have to live your life ‘individually’ and every single day that you live your life, you would gift the virtues of ‘happy and healthy living‘ to your family and to your loved ones. Recently as I watched this Whats App video of a well-renowned heart surgeon, his only words that kept ringing in my mind were these. The doctor said it is sad affair nowadays that earlier it was the children bring in their aged parents to the doctor, but now it is the parents who bring in children and young adults for surgeries and medicinal intervention. This surely is a grave reality we are facing these days. But don’t you think it is time to understand and take charge. Live you life each day with the right diet and lifestyle tips. Ayurveda could be your biggest support. You must step forward for yourself and for your kids, your entire family. Prevention is the ONLY cure in these Modern times and you need to live your every single day following the rules of healthy Living’. Set example for your children because what you do today is what one day they are going to follow per se.

 

6) Be Happy Whole day Long

 

Now, this seems easy said than done. We can be happy every now or then, or when we remember to remind ourselves to ‘Take the Challenge’ of being happy for no reason at all. But now when we have decided to live one day at a time, we must be happy everyday and the whole day long. The easiest way-out I could apprehend of Being Happy always is to indulge in anything and everything that actually makes you happy. Its worthwhile to keep ourselves busy in what makes us happy. This could be pursuing happiness-enhancing profession that takes the most time of your day. And yet, whole daylong there are many instances and works piled up for you which might leave you distanced from the feeling of happiness. In this case, I would suggest that whatever you do, discover something as small and insignificant it might be, but still keeps your ‘Happiness-Meter’ fueling. This simple habit of being happy all-the-while is surely going to bring you un-imagined accomplishments in terms of health, abundance and longevity.

 

7) Make Yoga A Way Of Life

 

 

Do you practice yoga everyday? If not then listen to this. Indulging in Yoga practice is a big support not only to provide you with perfect fitness and strength, and for keeping diseases at bay; it helps considerably to silence the mind. The biggest job we have to take-up in our everyday living is to silence the mind and relieve it from hundreds and thousands of turbulence. We cannot blame the mind as its nature is to be on the go. and if you let loose as most of us do, your mind will become your master. Don’t let it wander aloof, you have to be the guide. Silence your mind often and yoga really helps a lot.

 

8) Being-Human Is In Your Hands

 

We are Human-beings for sure, and we must understand the significance of ‘Being-Human’. This is because when we are being human, we are nurturing the goodness of highest morals of human existence. We will think twice before hurting the other, before answering in loud anguished tone of voice, before seeking expectations rather than focusing on what we have to offer and before even allowing the negative mental emotions of anger, greed, irritation, frustration, fear and worry to encompass our virtuous existence. Human life is our absolute capacity and being Human is our best thanks-giving.

 

9) ‘Rise And Shine’ Every Day

 

 

We have heard this phrase so many times -‘Rise and Shine’. And this definitely has vice-versa in itself. This means that if we don’t rise, we cannot shine. When you are accustomed to be living every single day that you are blessed with, you also have to rise from your slumber and take charge. It is your day, face it and give it your complete positivism. There are tasks to be accomplished and dreams to be fulfilled. The human life is not accidental and has not occurred just by chance. Don’t surrender to sleep, trust your responsibility and take control. you still have the power to make the world a better place to live in.

 

10) Learning From Nature

 

 

The beauty of Nature is that it speaks in so many words, without uttering a single one. There are ample examples that comes to solace every time we are perplexed by a query. When you are living your life with gratitude and purpose, then knowingly or un-knowing you are setting example for the entire humanity. Take a look at the trees laden with fruit. The tree dwells in its purpose to ‘Just Be’ and in the pretext it simply offers fruit to one and all. The tree is not at all bothered that does the one who is having its fruit is the deserving one or not. Rather the tree would be providing fruit and shade even to the one who is carrying axe to uproot it. Never allow the false deeds of the world around overpower the goodness lying secure within your being.
