Boswellia – This herb is proven cure to inflammatory condition in skeletal muscles and Arthritis. Commonly known as Shallaki in Ayurveda text, Boswellia is believed to decrease the pain and inflammation. When paired with Turmeric or Haridra, together they work as excellent liver cleanser and immune system booster. Boswellia and turmeric together help in reducing pain and stiffness experienced in the disease of fibromyalgia. 

Amavatantak Churna – This Ayurvedic formulation powder is a herbal remedy to clear toxins from body which are the main cause of inflammation. Blend of unique detoxifying herbs help release those toxins and free radicals from the body which works as anti-inflammatory and pain reliever for joint pains and stiff muscles.

External Therapies – Apart from these warm baths, Abhyanga massages, stress management therapies, meditation, deep breathing and some yoga poses also work wonders in the ailment of fibromyalgia.
