Why Dosha Healing is Essential

Dosha Healing is great aid to Identify, Understand and Take Care of yourself lifelong. In other words, you need to comprehend that it is rather imperative to discover and understand your natural entity today, so you could be your own guide lifelong!

This is because assessing your basic and inborn nature at first helps you to accept yourself, and then you aptly intend to make lifestyle changes in accordance to your own self.

Consequently it is perhaps the only therapy you need in both Curative as well as Preventive terms, so as to enjoy till the last breath a life full of virtues of natural wellness and freedom from disease.

You Are Vulnerable

This needs to be understood because let me tell you that every single interaction between yourself and the environment does matter. Knowingly or unknowingly imbalance sets in. Whatever it is that you eat, like, think, do, smell, touch, listen, watch and take in, effects your balance.

You Are Different And Unique

We differ from each other in so many ways, we differ in bodily features and mental temperaments, in basic likes and dislikes, needs, tastes, attributes, health maladies, reasons for stress and also the stress busters etc.  Although we are all very much human but still so divergent.

Give it a thought that when you and I are dissimilar in so many ways, how it can be possible that we derive health and happiness following the same rules of wellness !

Dosha Healing Acknowledges Your Divergence

Understanding by the basis of Ayurvedaspeculation, we can comprehend that although human body is ‘Panchabhootic’, yet the panchbhootas or the five elements are not existent in the same proportion in all individuals. All the more, right from the time of birth these fundamental elements merge in various proportions that result into formation of varied bodily persona and mental traits.

The 3 Dosha Types – Vata, Pitta & Kapha Type

Of the five elements, when ether and air elements combine together, it gives rise to Vata type or let me call it as TYPE – V personality.

The second distinct personality is a result of the fire. This is the Pitta or TYPE – P personality.

Yet there is another type that emerges from combining of the water and the earth. This is Kapha type or TYPE – K personage.

Mixture Traits

While these are the three basic types that are by and large reflective in an individual’s distinctiveness, mixture traits are as well not rare. Like for instance there may be mixing of air or ether elements with the fire, resulting in development of Vata – Pitta personality.

Or when fire tends to combine with water and/or earth, then Pitta – Kapha type is formed.

Likewise there may be in an individual combination of water and earth components mixing together with air and ether. This forms the typical Vata – Kapha type.

Very rarely the three humors air, fire and phlegm coexist in an individual who comes to be Vata-Pitta-Kapha type with varied characteristics of the three basic humors and all the five building blocks.

More aptly you need to acknowledge Dosha dominance (within yourself) which presents itself in the form of the three distinct Vata, Pitta and Kapha types (TYPE V, P and K personalities) to which you may identify yourself. This basic comprehension is largely facilitated by Dosha healing.
