Ayurveda suggests some excellent and rather practical tips that may be helpful to women facing infertility issues.   • Yoga based exercises such as pelvic floor exercises – which give strength to the pelvic region, increases genital strength and improves the overall blood circulation in our body. Specific Asanas, Panayamas, Bandhas and Mudras are recommended.
