3 Basic Reasons Why We Fall Sick

In this world none of us ever wants to be overtaken by illness. And it is ironic that when we lose our wellness, it is only in that very state of apathy and discomfort that we comprehend the merits of good health. And even an ailment as simple as the Common Cold is adequate to create distress virtually at all levels of our being. But how often have we have contemplated as to why we sometimes get sick?

3 Basic Reasons Why We Fall Sick

Our ancient text of Ayurveda has also reasoned three universal grounds indispensable for development of a disease.

Reason No.1 – Discrepancy Of The Five Senses

First is when there is more, less or improper correlation of the five senses with their respective subjects. For example, we take the example of the sense of hearing. In this case, the sound that we hear is very loud like listening to very loud music or on the other hand it is rather inaudible like stressing the ears on someone’s whispering. In both these instances, where these actions are prolonged over time, the sense of hearing is definitely going to be affected. Moreover, any sort of improper earshot like listening to thunder or intolerably rugged noise is another reason for development of hearing affliction. Similar would be the apathy of the other four senses of touch, taste, sight and smell.

Reason No.2 – Improper Utility of Tongue, Body and Mind

The second equally vital explanation is the immoral deployment of self in the terms of bodily physique, mental power and verbal influence. In other words, the tongue, body and mind when put to inappropriate use, may result into laying grounds of the disease. In these three arenas, a problem arises when these are either overworked, under worked or incorrectly worked.

For instance, in case you are uncontrollably talkative, or tend to talk extremely little or if you are always talking while eating, in all these cases you are inviting a malady by wrong doing with your tongue.

Similarly, when you are overly exerting yourself, or simply remain sedentary or tend to wrong your body by forcibly suppressing natural urges like thirst or urination; in all these cases you are unknowingly laying foundation of a disease.

Now let us cite the issues that hint of improper handling of your mind. In case you remain anxious and judgmental all the while, or if you are not using your brain powers at all, or tend to let your mind be empowered by thoughts of fear, grief, and anger more often. In all three cases, your mental stability is going to be affected.

Reason No.3 – Seasonal Disparity

The third element of universal inequity that signifies loss of wellness is the seasonal disparity. This comes to us as natural stigma when there is either excess or dearth of seasonal favors For example, let us understand the pretext of losing of health due to the rainy season. This would be, either it rains too heavily throughout the spell, or the rainfall is rather inadequate. Or in another case, disease would emerge when although there should be moderate showers in the rainy season, but it simply does not rain therein and on the contrary, it downpours in some other season.
